For the marinade ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
2teaspoon red ginger garlic paste
1teaspoon red chilli powder
1teaspoon coriander powder
1teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Tablespoon mustard powder
2 sprigs curry leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
1teaspoon mustard seeds
1teaspoon fenugreek seeds

Marinate the fish with all the ingredients
Heat your oil in a nonstick pan,with oil,mustard seeds a need fenugreek seeds
Add fish,reduce the heat to medium low to cook and water out.
Increase the heat once fish almost done.
Fry @ least 5 mins per side then carefully turn the fish to avoid breaking
Brown on the end.
Garnish with lemon slices,coriander.
Serve with Fries,roasted veggies,a side salad or tomato chutney and mealie roti.
