Reward for performing Umrah

Question: What reward/benefit does one obtain when performing Sunnat Umrah? Will all your sins be forgiven? Are the reward /benefit the same as when one performs the Haj? Cutting a portion of the hair after performing umrah

Question: What is the ruling regarding cutting of the hair (for males) after your umrah has been made? Is it permissible to just cut a little and not shave it off? Answer: If one trims the hair of quarter of the head (and the length of the trimmed hair equals one third of a finger), one will come out of ihraam, though cutting the hair in this manner is impermissible as the hair on one's head will not be even. If one trims less than this amount, one will not come out of the state of ihraamAnd Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
